Your First Visit
We’ll greet you and make you feel at home, and we’ll answer any questions you may have about insurance or anything else. Then you’ll sit down with Dr. Pollard, who will talk with you about your health history and current issues. She genuinely wants to hear your story, and she won’t rush you.
When she understands the background of your situation and what you hope to achieve with care, Dr. Pollard will conduct a thorough examination. She’ll also take X-rays to help confirm her diagnosis. Throughout the examination process, she’ll explain everything she’s doing and why, so you understand what’s going on.
At your second visit, Dr. Pollard will talk with you about how you’ve been feeling since your first adjustment. Understanding how your body responded to the first adjustment will help her fine-tune your care going forward. She’ll explain everything and answer any questions, then you’ll receive your adjustment and any other therapies needed.
We strive to make getting the care you need accessible and affordable. We are in-network with most insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid, and accept all major credit cards, as well as HSAs and FSAs. In addition, we offer payment plans for patients not using insurance.
